RETURNS & EXCHANGE
If you wish to return your purchased item simply because you change your mind, we offer a 14 business day returns policy (from date of shipment) on the provision that the return meets the conditions as set out below.
We issue a credit voucher for your returned items to use on your next purchase online or an exchange of same style in different size.
To be eligible for a credit voucher you must meet the below return conditions:
– We do not accept returns on sale items.
– All labels are still attached on the product (including all the tags).
– The product has not been worn (except to try on for size).
– The product has not been soiled or damaged (no marks of make-up, fake tan etc)
– The product has not been washed or altered by you in any way.
– The goods are deemed to have a manufacturing fault, assessed by our team (be careful trying on).
– We do not accept returns on pierced jewellery, swimwear, underwear or bodysuits for hygiene reasons.
– Item(s) must be return to us within 14 days of first receiving the parcel.
– Return shipping cost is to be covered and paid for by the customer.

Please remember that if you choose to return your parcel, the returns costs are to be paid by the customer. Don’t forget to obtain and keep your postage receipt in case your return gets lost on its way back to us.
Once your items have been inspected, we will process your return 1-3 days after we receive your package.
Our team member will email you with the details of your return and issue you with a unique credit voucher.
